Simon is a professional leadership coach and mentor. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, a Coach of Excellence at the CPD Standards Office, and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Having spent 40 years in both HR and Recruitment, he set up his own leadership development and coaching business five years ago. He specializes in working with managers and executives, as well as their teams, to help them to make a significant impact to their professional development and performance to get results.
By working directly with his clients, Simon’s objectives are to help individuals to identify their PEAKS, raise their PERFORMANCE and reach their POTENTIAL. He spends time with his clients to understand their ‘people challenges’ and as a result, develops practical and workable solutions for them. As a seasoned practitioner, Simon has successfully led high-performing teams in both the private and public sectors and worked for organizations such as Accenture, Pinsent Masons, American Express, The Pensions Regulator, Avon and Somerset Police, as well as a variety of SMEs and Charities.
