Lexi Weber, CPA is Senior Manager, Emerging Professionals Initiatives for the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA & CIMA), where she leads strategies and programs designed to attract, develop, engage, and retain the next generation of accounting and finance professionals. She plays a leadership role in RISE2040, a research-backed movement focused on shaping the future of the profession through workforce innovation, leadership development, succession planning, and talent strategy. Through thought leadership and cross-sector collaboration, Lexi works with firms, employers, educators, volunteer leaders, and industry stakeholders to help prepare professionals and organizations for the future of work.
A graduate of the AICPA Leadership Academy Class of 2023, Lexi oversees the AICPA Leadership Academy Alumni Network, a community of more than 550 professionals committed to advancing leadership and innovation across the profession. Prior to joining AICPA & CIMA, she spent nearly a decade with Tronconi Segarra & Associates, LLP, advancing from Audit Intern to Manager and serving as Chair of the firm’s Leadership Academy.
A licensed CPA in New York, Lexi has been recognized with honors including CPA Practice Advisor’s 40 Under 40 (2025), Buffalo Business First’s 30 Under 30 (2025), the NYSSCPA Emerging Leader Award (2023), and Blood Cancer United’s Visionary of the Year (2024). She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University at Buffalo, graduating summa cum laude.
