FBP – From Analysis to Insight: Finding What Matters

More analysis does not automatically produce a better decision. This session develops the discipline of moving from data to analysis, from analysis to insight, and from insight to a decision-ready recommendation. Participants will identify patterns and value drivers, distinguish symptoms from root causes, challenge incomplete or contradictory evidence, and test AI-generated interpretations. They will conclude by constructing an insight statement that identifies the pattern, likely cause, and business consequences, and by formulating a recommendation that explains what matters, why it matters, and what should happen next.
