Burnout Prevention in Practice: A 3-Part Firmwide Speaker Series

Burnout prevention cannot live in one annual wellness webinar. If firms want meaningful change, professionals need a shared view of how burnout develops, practical tools for responding to it, and a clearer picture of how individual choices, leadership behaviors, and organizational norms fit together. Burnout Prevention in Practice is a three-part, firmwide speaker series designed to create that shared language and move employees from awareness to action. Across three interactive 60-minute sessions, participants learn how to recognize burnout risk before it becomes a crisis, apply Lauren’s P.A.C.E. Framework to real workplace pressure, and see burnout as a retention, capacity, leadership, and profession-wide challenge. The series is designed to reach across levels and functions rather than placing responsibility for burnout solely on the individual. Content can be tailored to the firm’s structure, service lines, employee population, and leadership priorities so the examples and conversations reflect the way work actually gets done inside the organization. Program materials are housed in a private resource space and may include session recordings, audio, slides, and participant handouts, giving the organization tools that can continue to be reinforced after the live sessions. The format gives firms broad reach and a lower cost per employee while still creating a cohesive development experience rather than three disconnected presentations. For firms, the series supports retention, sustainable productivity, employee engagement, healthier workload practices, stronger communication, and a more consistent approach to burnout prevention across the organization.
