This course offers planning and implementing negotiation strategies, along with numerous techniques for developing leadership skills in a competitive global environment. Text materials, video presentations, and interactive simulations of real-world situations will be incorporated into the curriculum. 8 hours (available in formats from 2 to 8 hours)
