The INCLUDED program helps individual executive and financial leaders better understand ways to maximize effective communication in a five-generation workforce, creating “inclusion” as a daily practice while leveraging clarity about their personal leadership skills. A communications-focused program, it starts with the leader of an organization or department and works through their biases, blocks, behavioral nature, and personal leadership plan. Leveraging behavioral and culture assessments, this Iprogram helps top leaders empirically define the roots of an issue and map a plan for to maximize effective communication in a five-generation workforce, creating “inclusion” as a daily practice while leveraging new individual clarity and advanced personal leadership skills. Referencing research studies by Adobe and Forrester Research, the Federal Reserve Bank, and Google, INCLUDED is a fresh start and the catalyst for organization-wide cultural shift.
