Developing excellence in the discipline of Leadership is essential for optimizing productivity and driving innovation. It is also the biggest opportunity facing organizations today. This multi day program will equip participants with the resources they need to build a personal leadership presence of integrity and trust, and to use that leadership to empower and inspire their teams, organizations, communities, and the CPA profession at large. 

The Leadership Academy combines broad and deep business expertise from both Business Learning Institute and pLink Leadership to offer a wealth of practical insight, proven strategy, and a heavy dose of inspiration.  Our leadership formula is built around studied and categorized, “creative competencies” for leading in rapidly changing times. This integrative platform for learning encourages a supportive network of connections between learners that often carries on in the years that follow.

  • Explore the distinctions between reactive and creative leadership

The leadership academy is designed for leaders at all levels. The purpose is to develop and enhance the skill sets needed to lead the profession into the future while providing emerging leaders with the resources and tools well beyond conventional training and mentorship programs.
