Tina Sanford is the Senior Manager of Business Engagement & Growth at AICPA & CIMA, where she has dedicated more than a decade to strengthening relationships across the public accounting profession. She played a pivotal role in creating and leading the Firm Association & Network Alliance program, which has significantly expanded collaboration between firms, increased member engagement, and fostered knowledge sharing through training, events, and professional updates.
With a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland and her Project Management Professional (PMP) credential earned while at Global Knowledge, Tina brings both strategic insight and operational excellence to her work. She is especially passionate about engaging professionals in workshop settings, where she facilitates discussions on advancing the accounting profession and preparing for the future of work. She will be able to receive her CGMA credential by the end of the year to strengthen her knowledge in the profession. Currently, she leads global workshops for the RISE 2040 initiative, helping the profession explore hard and soft trends that will shape the industry 14 years from now.
Beyond her professional achievements, Tina is a proud mother of 16-year-old twins and an avid marathon runner.
