The Internal Communications team plays a key role in ensuring that team members globally have the information they need to stay connected to the strategy, key initiatives, culture and workplace updates. This is done through partnering with leaders throughout the global organization to ensure clear, timely and ”plain-speak” communications, reflecting our values and culture.
The Governance team oversee the Association’s volunteer committees, including the Association Board of Directors, CIMA Council and AICPA Governing Council and their related activities. The team provides expert leadership and management of our framework of governance bodies to ensure appropriate partnering, guidance and alignment on strategy, overall performance, and risk management.

She became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) at Thames Valley University and earned an MA in management, learning and leadership from Lancaster University.
Outside of work, Sue is a proud mum to now grown-up children. She is a regular runner and enjoys gym training, as well a wide range of social activities with friends and family.
