Robert “Hap” Cooper is the President and co-founder of Prospect Street Consulting, a research, consulting and training firm that works to make professional service organizations more productive. Prior to becoming a consultant, Mr. Cooper spent 15 years in a number of sales and management positions with several financial service firms, including Alex. Brown and Mutual of Omaha. Before entering the financial services arena, he was an Army Intelligence Officer in Berlin, Germany and a graduate of Princeton University. Mr. Cooper is a prolific writer and speaker, as well as a regular lecturer at the Columbia University and Johns Hopkins Schools of Business. He also teaches Client Skills at Penn State’s Smeal School of Business in Philadelphia. Mr. Cooper and his wife Jennifer live in Baltimore, MD, with their three daughters.
