Randall Wilson, CPA

Randall Wilson has over twenty-five years of accounting and auditing experience. His extensive experience includes auditing entities of various industries; performing peer reviews for firms; providing internal control services and consultations to organizations; developing and presenting professional accounting and auditing technical trainings; and serving as an audit partner with a local CPA firm in Orlando, Florida, where he was the director of quality control and the director of the firm’s audit and assurance department.

Loving what he does, Randall provides outsourced quality control/management services to CPA firms, near and far away. In this role, Randall enjoys assisting firms in a variety of ways, as needed, including:
• serving as engagement quality reviewer;
• facilitating annual internal inspections;
• providing technical financial reporting (ASC) and auditing/attesting guidance;
• researching complicated or unique accounting and financial reporting matters; and
• facilitating customized auditor training and continued education.

Randall graduated from Florida State University with bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance, is a licensed CPA with the State of Florida, and is a Certified Fraud Examiner. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Through his dedication to the profession, Randall serves on multiple FICPA committees and has authored technical audit articles.
