Dr Ngwenya is a qualified chartered management accountant and chartered accountant who has an extensive experience of more than 21 years in organizational due diligence, analyzing, companies and assessing long term strategic business plans, company operational policies, as well as finance, project packaging and project feasibility and record of successful assessments of previous projects. He has 12 years’ experience in project finance and 9 years private equity experience. Served as a financial director at Sunridge Africa Wholesalers where he was responsible for the company’s financial strategy, risk management and leading the finance department. He gained a lot of academic experience being a part time lecturer at Davinci college from January 2020 where he lectures financial management, project management, financial accounting, and business management. He currently is a part time lecturer at UJ business school.

He founded Kuhle Capital in January 2017. The purpose of the vehicle is to invest in agro-processing companies. Kuhle Capital mainly originates transactions in the form of referrals using its extensive business networks. Kuhle Capital’s strategy in funding private equity transactions is to contribute its own capital and raise debt with banks and development finance institutions.
Analysing the past performance of targeted investee companies, interrogating management forecasts and producing a financial model. Performing financial, commercial and risk due diligence by interviewing management of targeted investee companies as well as performing desk top due diligence. The tax and legal due diligence are outsourced. Performing a discounted cashflow valuation, maintainable earnings valuation, and net asset value valuation.
