Kim McDevitt, MPH, RD, is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping people build sustainable nutrition habits that support long-term health and metabolic wellbeing. Her work focuses on translating nutrition science into practical strategies that help individuals make confident, everyday food choices.
Kim brings a diverse background to her work as a dietitian, educator, and nutrition strategist. She has extensive experience in nutrition communications, content development, and consumer education, helping both individuals and organizations better understand the role of nutrition in overall health.
Kim currently serves as Lead Dietitian at Longevity Maine, a preventive health practice, where she works directly with clients to improve metabolic health through simple, sustainable nutrition habits grounded in whole foods and evidence-based guidance.
When she’s not working, Kim enjoys life in Maine with her husband and three children—often found running along the coast, skiing in the winter, or cooking for her family at home.
