Starting life as a professional actress, Hayley was drawn to the business world starting out in Customer service and leading a team of 20 for Scottish and Newcastle breweries in the UK. She inevitably moved into the world of learning, heading up a new department for a computer manufacturer during its rapid growth period to become a global player. As Senior Manager she developed the strategic direction for global learning.
