Dwight D. Eisenhower once said “Motivation is the art of getting people to do what you want them to do because they want to do it”. I am a firm believer that in order to lead, people must be willing to follow, not out of obligation or fear, but because they truly believe in what you are conveying.
I have over 30 years of public accounting experience and possess significant specialty expertise in the tax area focusing on tax provisions for public and private companies, mergers and acquisitions (both buy side and sell side) and corporate tax transactions.
I currently serve on a number of non-profit boards and firmly believe in giving back to the community. My current non-profit passion is Junior Achievement.
I have been successful in assisting numerous companies expand their profitability and reduce their tax burden.
