Writing for Results – Email

For all our complaints about emails, they continue to be an essential part of our professional and personal lives. The typical worker spends twelve hours a week writing, reading, sorting and deleting email. This writing program introduces and reinforces techniques to help you write emails that are easy to read, professional and concise.

This learning experience is full of activities enabling all participants to practice editing and re-writing sample emails and can be customized for unique business groups or applications within an organization. It can be delivered in various formats (virtual, face-to-face, “lunch and learn, etc.). Facilitators deliver the course using a the MeetingSphere collaboration software platform which enables a “hands on” approach and ensures a highly interactive learning experience.
