Writing as a Leader

The leader’s job, at its core, is to inspire and support employees to achieve a better future for their organization. While much of a leader’s communication has historically been done verbally, the virtual work environment is increasing the importance and visibility of written leadership communications. This learning experience focuses on writing tactics and techniques that can help leaders convey ideas in ways that move their businesses forward.

The course is full of activities enabling all participants to practice critiquing and revising custom leadership writing samples. It can be delivered in various formats (virtual, face to face or “hybrid”). Facilitators deliver the course using the MeetingSphere collaboration software platform which enables a “hands on” approach to ensure a highly interactive and engaging learning experience.
