Wellbeing and Resilience

Depending on who you ask, ‘wellbeing’ and ‘resilience’ mean various things. How we maintain a good mental health is crucial to our ability to perform on a daily basis. Wellbeing and resilience are vital to developing efficient problem-solving skills, building and maintaining interpersonal relationships and realistic goal setting, all of which greatly enhance our ability to perform and contribute meaningfully at work and generally in life.
