Thriving in Times of Change

In today’s dynamic business environment, change is inevitable—and accelerating. This course empowers professionals to move beyond mere resilience and embrace thriving as a proactive response to disruption. Participants will explore why change happens, the challenges it creates, and the opportunities it offers for personal and professional growth. Exploring practical frameworks such as the GROW Model, Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model, SCARF, ADKAR, and Bridges Transition Model, learners will gain tools to help reframe change as a catalyst for innovation and engagement.

This course is available for 1.0 – 1.5 hours of CPE credit.


Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course participants will be able to:

  • Recall the concepts of resilience and thriving and their significance in times of organizational and personal change.
  • Identify common challenges and opportunities associated with change, including psychological and behavioral impacts.
  • Recognize change management frameworks (e.g., GROW, Kotter, SCARF, ADKAR, Bridges) and their application for individual and team growth.
