The New Workforce – New Data, New Ideas, Aging Baby Boomers

In the new economy, managers are challenged by an aging workforce that is not retiring anytime soon. They may have planned to have financial and personal independence by now, but the economy has gotten in the way. The challenge now is to motivate and manage a complex workforce, with a core of baby boomers that are grumpy and disaffected. This course will provide managers, supervisors and executives tools for getting higher productivity, customer service and profitability from their existing workforce.
