The accelerating pace of change is affecting all facets of an organization. From business model disruption to heightened customer expectations and transformational process changes, technology-powered innovation relies on an energized and empowered team. As a result, the role of innovator and disruptor not only falls on the organization’s leader, but also on every individual member of the team.
