The Art of Networking: Empowering Women in Business

Networking and relationship building are critical skills for career advancement, support and encouragement, sharing of knowledge, mentorship, and overcoming gender bias. And yet, networking can be intimidating for many women because of a fear of rejection, lack of confidence, or the belief that networking is only for extroverts. This session will provide participants with the skills and strategies necessary to effectively network and create lasting connections with others. This seminar is designed to be interactive and participatory, with a combination of lectures, group discussions, and hands-on exercises.
