In this interactive workshop, participants will step outside their role as team leader to diagnose and then prescribe solutions to problems and obstacles that are getting in the way of team productivity, communication and camaraderie. Using this as a backdrop, participants will then customize a set of strategies for leading their respective teams to increased performance and morale – while at the same time minimizing intra-team problems and friction. Note: This course can be conducted in either a 4 hour or 8 hour format.
