Smart Social Navigation

Good social and communication skills are foundational for improved relationships, increased well-being, and professional success. When surveyed, employers indicated that communication skills, positive attitude, self-management, resilience, and the ability to work with others are among the top skills they are looking for in employees. This workshop gives participants information about pro-social behaviors for the workplace, helps participants understand social expectations, provides tools for effective and appropriate communication, and gives participants strategies to reduce stress and employ techniques to increase focus, improve energy and facilitate positive interactions.

Smart Social Navigation is an interactive, fun-filled workshop which includes movement, experiential learning, fun facts and incorporates strategies for self-care and increased focus during the workshop.
