This session explores practical strategies for managing stress and overcoming imposter syndrome, two of the most common barriers to confidence and clarity at work. You will learn to recognize the signs of chronic stress, reframe the thinking patterns that undermine confidence, and practice strategies for showing up as your most grounded, capable self.
