As a result, individuals are facing more highs and lows in their professional (and personal) lives than ever before. This workshop focuses on enabling leaders to take a sensible and sensitive look at how individuals can identify the causes of stress, how to build resilience and how to become more assertive in the ever-changing and volatile workplace. The practical tools and techniques can be used for the leader and their team.
