Relationships and Emotional Intelligence in Modern Leadership

This is an exciting opportunity to learn about the four areas of Emotional Intelligence, how to use NLP tools such as perceptual positions and metaprogrammes, and explore the neuroscience behind empathy and rapport.

We live in a world where relationships matter more than ever, especially in the realm of leadership. The ability to connect with and understand others is critical to success, whether you are leading a team, managing a project, or building a business.

So, what is Emotional Intelligence (EQ)? Simply put, it is the ability to recognize and understand your own emotions, as well as the emotions of others, and use this knowledge to guide your actions. The four areas of EQ are: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management.

In this workshop, we will dive deep into each area of EQ, exploring strategies and techniques that you can use to improve your emotional intelligence and become a more effective leader.
