Success in the business world is about much more than just your technical knowledge. In order to present oneself with polish and authority, there is a set of rules one must know. Learn what it takes to be comfortable in most any business situation including: proper handshaking, introductions, cell phone, telephone and email etiquette, common courtesies for the office and appropriate thank-you’s. This program can also include business dining etiquette.
