Principles of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

This course provides foundational concepts, frameworks and practices of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) as a strategic discipline that supports organizational resilience, value creation and informed decision-making. As organizations adopt Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive efficiency, innovation and competitive advantage, leaders must address amplified risks related to data privacy, ethics, reputation, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance. This course explores how ERM principles evolve in an AI-enabled environment where risks are dynamic and interconnected. Participants will learn how ERM supports responsible AI adoption by aligning risk appetite, governance and controls with organizational strategy, values and stakeholder expectations.
