Next Steps in Civility During Chaotic Times Using Ethics and Critical Thinking to Advance Inclusion

DEI has unfortunately become a political topic, yet the need remains for inclusion, balance, and civility in a high-performing workforce. Employees continue wanting to feel seen, valued, and supported, while employers seek teams that perform at their highest potential. The need for mutual respect has not changed. In this advanced training, attendees return to fundamentals and assemble classic core skills into a powerful answer for future sustainability. Ethics (doing the right thing) and Critical Thinking (accepting new data and being open to changing behaviors) become the core of a new set of advanced people management skills. This program offers managers and supervisors a fresh framework for fostering a culture of respect, connection, and opportunity. organizations can unlock the full potential of their people. After all, it is important that organizations create, promote and sustain an Inclusive and Civil Workplace. We all want every person at every level of an organization to thrive and perform in an environment that welcomes them.
