Navigating Uncertainty with Confidence

Ambiguity, simply put, is a lack of clarity. While some view it as essential for creativity, most people find it uncomfortable. This discomfort can lead to frustration and anxiety in organisations. Leaders face the challenge of identifying what they can clarify to enable agile responses. Leaders adept at handling ambiguity can navigate change, make decisions without complete information, and manage risk. They’re described as adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty. Resilience, though defined differently by different people, is a hot topic, especially regarding workplace wellbeing. It’s crucial for daily performance, problem-solving, relationships, and goal setting, both at work and in life.

For live/in-person events, this course is available for up to 6.0 CPE credits.
