Course ID: MCHANGE

Managing Change

Changes are being forced on us, and we have never been shown how to adapt. Managing transitions, coping with loss, and remaining optimistic in the wake of continuous change are real challenges. Most humans vary greatly in their comfort with these functions.
This workshop provides the opportunity to understand what people wrestle with during change and transition and why. Participants will see how to put those dynamics into a manageable framework for people and groups in light of the changes impacting their organization.

The format of this presentation is flexible: either a large or small group presentation, with multiple interactive exercises. All versions end with the development of a personal action plan, and give attendees a proven set of tools to better handle the changes in their work and personal lives. The overall goal is an adaptable, resilient workforce that is comfortable with continuous change. The program can be adjusted in length to fit your needs (1-2 hours).
