Making the Transition to Management

How do you successfully transition into management while minimizing the problems, headaches, and difficulty of managing staff? This practical class will provide you with proven “I can definitely use that today” best practices that will give you greater control, confidence, and credibility in your role as a manager. You will learn specific strategies for motivating and inspiring your team in a way that generates greater performance, morale, and retention — while also minimizing the stress, frustration and time investment associated with managing other people. Note: This course can be conducted in either a 4 hour or 8 hour format.
