Leading from the Middle

We often hear about the importance of the “Tone at the top.” And, there are many initiatives to inspire a team. But, what about those in the middle? Middle managers are responsible for executing the organization’s initiatives around People, Processes, and Technology. However, in an environment where the new normal is change, overlapping deadlines and conflicting priorities, People, the most important asset, can be overlooked.
