Harnessing ChatGPT and Other Large Language Models at Work

Although many people use ChatGPT or other Large Language Model (LLM) informally at work, very few have received training on how to engage effectively with this powerful technology. This course provides practical advice on how to exploit the full potential of LLMs, while also highlighting the risks that need to be managed.
