Governance, Strategy and Risk Management

Headlines throughout the world have documented cases in which failures in corporate governance, strategic management and enterprise risk have adversely affected organizations and their people. Our program will examine the components of an enterprise risk management program to include governance principles, strategic financial risks and integrity and to bring it to life with real examples of those who have done it well and those who have not.
