Governance Strategies and Internal Controls

The rise of entity failures and risks inherent in strategic management and governance have put increasing pressure on boards, Chartered Accountants and CPA’s to develop effective systems of internal controls and governance. These controls and the Tone at the Top are designed to enhance results, protect the public and ensure an early warning system for those charged with governance.
