Ethics: Avoiding the Slippery Slope of Ethical Pressures – 2 Hour Version – Part 2

Ethics is easy to talk about and hard to do. All it takes is one step down the wrong path and you can find yourself sliding headfirst into professional trouble. Maintaining and ethical culture requires constant attention and proactive behavior.

In this session we will start by taking a deeper dive into Wells Fargo, how a highly respected bank, founded over 170 years ago, can ignore five of their core corporate values and earn over $10 billion in fines. We will discuss several positive approaches to maintaining an ethical culture. And we will finish with several scenarios for you to discuss with your team to keep strengthening their ethical muscles.
