Essential Strategic Skills for the Financial Executive

The advent of the CGMA certification for industry CPA’s (Chartered Global Management Accountant) and the Ethics Codification Project for 2015 have increased the awareness of the critical skills needed by the industry financial professional. This course will explore some of the most essential tools for fully integrating the CGMA standards and is designed to assist the CPA in improving organizational results. Appendices will be provided to give students hands-on applicable materials that can be utilized after completion of the course. (This course is available in an 8 and 4-hour format.)
