Developing Future Leaders

If we want to be encouraging development of our future leaders, the single most important thing we can do as leaders is to ensure our teams learn as much as possible from the work they are already doing. If we do this effectively and consistently, it will mean that everyone in the team is continuously learning and growing, just from making the most of the learning they can be getting as part of their day-to-day work. It’s important to help people future leaders develop a growth mind-set because it can greatly impact their performance and future success. To help encourage this, learn how to praise people using a growth mind-set.
