Developing Future Female Leaders

Women are entering the workforce at a higher rate than men, they are steadily growing and performing with great success in many fields. However, they are still under-represented in leadership. Women at every level of an organization can be strong leaders. They have the knowledge and can bring essential skills like team leadership, strategic thinking and business acumen to their roles. To flourish as a leader, women need to increase their skills to lead, be heard and followed. This program will provide you with the knowledge and tools to position yourself as a present and future leader and to create value for your organization, no matter what your role. During the program, we will discuss fundamentals of communication skills and explore techniques to strengthen emotional intelligence to stand out as a leader among both men and women. Research is clear that more diverse executive teams drive better business performance.
