Creating a Healthy Organizational Culture

Organizational culture influences employee engagement, accountability, collaboration, and overall business performance. As organizations navigate workforce changes, evolving employee expectations, and increasing demands for collaboration and accountability, leaders must intentionally cultivate cultures that support both organizational performance and long-term success. This interactive course equips leaders with practical tools to assess organizational culture, identify behaviors that strengthen or weaken team performance, and apply the Arrington Coaching 5R Process to address cultural challenges. Participants will explore strategies to build trust, reinforce accountability, address toxic workplace behaviors, and align culture with organizational goals to create lasting organizational success.
