Create Client Ready Output: Turn AI Drafts Into Deliverables You Can Stand Behind

Turn AI Drafts into Deliverables You Can Stand Behind Claude can produce a draft quickly. Getting that draft ready for a client, executive, or colleague takes another set of skills: checking the facts, refining the message, and making sure the finished work looks and sounds like yours. This hands-on course helps accounting and finance professionals make that transition with confidence. You’ll use Claude to create Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PDF deliverables from source material, and decide when an editable file or a Claude artifact is the better choice. You’ll practice a four-step workflow: brief, draft, critique, and polish. Along the way, you’ll apply your brand and use a quality checklist to catch unsupported figures, inconsistent formatting, and details that should never appear in a client-facing file. Why attend? The time you save on a first draft matters most when the final deliverable earns trust. Bring a nonconfidential document or deck you regularly produce. You’ll leave with a more polished example and a checklist you can use on future AI-assisted work. You can follow along without a paid Claude account; a paid account lets you practice more of the features demonstrated. Course outcomes: You’ll be able to choose the right output format, guide Claude through a review and revision process, and assess a deliverable for accuracy, branding, clarity, and readiness to share.
