Communicate, Collaborate, Succeed: DISC Strategies for Finance Professionals

Understanding behavioral styles is key to enhancing workplace communication, teamwork, and leadership effectiveness. This interactive, hands-on workshop will introduce finance professionals to the DISC behavioral assessment and provide strategies to apply these insights in their daily work. Participants will identify their DISC profile, recognize the styles of colleagues, and learn how to adjust their approach to build stronger relationships, enhance collaboration, and improve decision-making in finance teams.

Through group discussions, exercises, and real-world scenarios, attendees will gain practical tools to communicate more effectively, resolve conflicts, and increase team efficiency—leading to better outcomes in financial reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
