Upon completion of this course participants will be able to:

  • Identify the internal and external trends and influences driving the growing demand for Client Advisory Services (CAS)
  • Recall and be comfortable providing an overview of CAS, including differentiation from traditional write up and bookkeeping solutions
  • Gain knowledge regarding Micro-Advisory at the Transaction level
  • Identify non-financial and financial metrics, including differentiation between the two types of metrics
  • Recognize the importance and challenges of developing intuitive financial reporting and integrating all of this into ensuring we are effective communicating with our clients within the CAS environment
