Agile and Responsive Leadership

Change is inevitable, yet many of us resist it. We find comfort in routines and familiarity, so any deviation can cause stress and fear. However, how we respond to change shapes its outcome. Agile leaders understand that people thrive when empowered, engaged, and energised. Empowering individuals is a crucial skill as leaders navigate organisational needs and tensions. Adaptability is a hallmark of agile leadership, though many effective leaders may not frequently adapt.
